Due to continuing COVID-19 access restrictions at Ultimo Community Centre, the Library’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 13 April starting at 11 am via the video conferencing application Zoom. The Constitution allows for members to be connected by electronic means. All current members are welcome to join. We require a minimum of ten members to constitute a quorum for the AGM.
The Agenda, Minutes of the 2020 AGM, Annual Report 2020 and the Audited Annual Financial Report, 31 December 2020, will be sent to those financial and honorary members who have indicated by phone or email that they wish to participate in the video/audio hook-up.
Nominations are called for the following positions: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer plus no fewer than five ordinary members of the Board. Nominations for Board members close on Tuesday 6 April 2020. Nomination forms can be sent in an email attachment to . The form can be provided from the Library.
